We are currently interviewing for the following positions:

Lead Teachers (K-3rd, Middle and High School) & Assistant Teachers (K-12)

Due to the rapid influx in our student body and large waiting list of families waiting to enter our school we are hiring more teachers.  We are looking for teachers with:

  • Past experience teaching groups of children.
  • A great communicator with children and adults, and able to build lasting relationships.
  • Patient, creative, energetic, kind and loving.
  • Able to provide a positive educational environment for the children to learn and grow.
  • Is computer savvy and can update online classroom pages.
  • Looking for long term employment with a great group of co-workers (it’s like a family here!).
  • Passionate about education and teaching.

Applicants should enjoy learning and be willing to do in-house professional development training to learn how to teach our unique competency based curriculum.

Personnel Director – Seeking someone who:

  • Loves people, education and most importantly has great communication and organizational skills. 
  • Has strong skills in attracting and recruiting top talent, hiring, onboarding, training, schedules, benefits, employment law and employee handbook adherence, staff culture, satisfaction and retention. 
  • We are looking for someone with experience in this area and who is especially strong in recruiting excellent new team members to our school. 

Assistant Enrichment Director – We are looking for someone who:

  • Can assist the Enrichment Director in planning, scheduling and overseeing enrichment and practical activities for all of our students.  Activities include sports, art, music, performing arts, woodshop, STEM, cooking, gardening, student council and many more electives.  Having special interest in one or more of these areas and able to deliver classes a big plus.  We are especially looking for someone with a strong interest and background in Performing Arts who could help organize school musicals and plays.
  • Is fast paced, upbeat, problem solving executive who is computer literate.
  • Must have great communication and organization skills who can work well with children and adults alike.

Director of PR & Marketing –  this position requires someone with:

  • Basic marketing skills in social media, Constant Contact, Canva or similar application for the creation of promotional emails, flyers and other promotional material. 
  • Liaises with our marketing company in their creation of postcard and Facebook marketing campaigns. 
  • This position is also in charge of our Public Relations area which includes fundraising, school events, parent organization, and community relations.
