We are currently interviewing for the following positions:
Personnel Director
- Has strong skills in attracting and recruiting top talent, hiring, onboarding, training, schedules, benefits, employment law and employee handbook adherence, staff culture, satisfaction and retention.
- We are looking for someone with experience in this area and who can be especially strong in recruiting excellent new team members to our school, who has good communication and organization skills.
Co-Curricular & Enrichment Teachers
- We are looking to add teaching staff to work in our bustling Co-curricular and Enrichment Department teaching children of all ages (4-18)!
- Science Department: Guiding students through hands-on science experiments in a laboratory setting, ensuring their safety while teaching them proper techniques and scientific principals. Requiring a strong understanding of science concepts, excellent communication skills and meticulous attention to safety protocols.
- Woodshop Department: Fostering a positive woodworking environment with hands on demonstration and practical assignments catering to different skill levels within the class. Knows and can use woodworking tools and equipment.
First and Second Grade Teachers:
- We are looking for first and second grade teachers who are responsible for designing and delivering engaging lessons in core subjects such as reading, math, science, and social studies to a class of 5-7 year old students.
- Passionate about education and teaching and able to provide a positive educational environment for the children to learn and grow.
- Teachers who love children and foster a positive learning environment

Assistant Teachers
- We are looking for assistant teachers who support lead teachers in classrooms with students 4-10 years of age. Assistant teachers will participate in day to day school activities, working one on one with students, running small groups of students through an activity and substitute teaching.
Middle & High School Teachers
We are looking for teachers with:
- Past experience teaching or working with groups of children
- A great communicator with children and adults, and able to build lasting relationships
- Passionate about education and teaching and able to provide a positive educational environment for the children to learn and grow
- Well organized and able to learn and use our school management software for administrative duties
- Looking for long term employment with a great group of co-workers
- Applicants should be comfortable with Middle or Highschool level curriculum and willing to train on our Delphi teacher training
Florida teaching certification is not required, as we are an independent school and offer our own in-house teaching and competency based curriculum training
PR & Events Coordinator
Looking for someone with skills in the following areas for our busy Advancement Office:
- School event planning & execution
- Basic marketing skills in social media, Constant Contact, Canva or similar application for the creation of promotional emails, flyers and other promotional material for school sponsored events and PR purposes
- Parent Organization event coordinator
- Public Relations, Community Outreach & Events, Media, Press Releases, School Recognition Awards, etc.
