(Delphi) that we are making it of my/our own free will and that once the asset is transferred it becomes the property of Delphi to be used for the acquisition and preparation of a new campus for Delphi. I understand that any request regarding Delphi's use of my/our donation is a non-binding request. The decision as to which site to select, the cost, the type and size of facilities and other factors will be exclusively determined by Delphi's Board of Directors. Further, neither I/We, nor any other individual, will receive any goods, services, or other benefit from the organization as consideration for the amount of the contribution, which is tax deductible . Delphi is a 501C3. Delphi will not share your personal information for promotional purposes to unaffiliated entities. II/We understand that Delphi will rely on this donation and/or pledge in making commitments for expenditures, borrowings, construction projects and other commitments related to this project.
