Email notification will be sent out to families who have expressed interested families that the application period has begun with directions to apply. Applications will need to be submitted with your child’s most recent report card, student essay (ages 10+), and a $125 application fee.
- Admissions Testing (ages 9+): After receiving your application, we will schedule a time with you for your child to come to the office to complete our Admissions test. (This test takes approximately 1 hour to complete). This test completes your child’s application process and qualifying students will be added to our waiting pool.
- Application Deadline: The priority deadline for applications is January 31st 2025. We will begin reviewing applicants in February 2025 once our re-enrollment process has ended and we know what available spots we will have open for the following school year.
Acceptance & Enrollment
- Visit Day(s): Once your child’s application has been reviewed, and there is an available seat in the classroom, Admissions will reach out to invite your child for their next step in the Admissions process which is coming in for their Visit Day(s). They will have the opportunity to spend a full school day at our school, and complete placement diagnostics to see where they place on the Delphi Program. At the end of the visit day, parents will meet with Admissions to discuss your child’s acceptance and placement.

Tuition/Fees & Schedules
Tuition information is specific to each level of the Delphi Program. Here you can see our Tuition Schedule for 2024/2025.
Making Delphi Affordable
Delphi maintains a commitment to making the Delphi Program available to as many children as we can. We are now accepting three scholarships as a part of the Step Up for Students Program:
Florida Tax Credit Scholarship (FTC)
Family Empowerment Scholarship for Students with Unique Abilities (FES-UA)
Family Empowerment Scholarship for Educational Options (FES-EO)
You can find out more about these scholarships at stepupforstudents.org.
Because these scholarships are just for students ages 5 and up, for students ages 2-4 we offer a school funded Financial Aid Program. Parents may apply using our third party vendor Financial Aid for School Tuition (FAST), powered by ISM (Independent School Management) to process financial aid applications in order to provide standardized and impartial processing in a confidential setting. Qualifying families could experience a gift amount of 5-15% off of our tuition. Because there is a limited amount of funds set aside from the schools budget for each school year, and due to the number of applications we receive we encourage families to apply well in advance to the start of the school year in August.
